Corporate Internet Banking
1. Check the website address: When login Internet Banking, check if the website address is the same as the address written in the agreement. You are recommended to type the correct Hua Xia Bank website address to login and add the address into "Favorite" of your web browser for easy login later;
2. Keep the password safe: Do not use ID card number or date of birth as your password. Corporate Internet Banking ver. 6.0 allows customers to set login password with alphabets and numbers combined in 8-32 digits. Download and install ActiveX to protect the safety of password. Change your password regularly.
3. Keep the transaction record: Mark down all the transactions done through online. View the transaction records regularly via "Check online transactions" and "Check A/C details". Contact Hua Xia Bank if there is any exceptional transaction or accounting error.
4. Protect your digital certificate: Keep your Hux Xia Shield in a safe place. Do not let anyone else use your Hua Xia Shield. Lock the screen or close the webpage when you are away at the desk. Do not use Internet Banking at public computer. Unplug the Hua Xia Shield after completing the transaction to avoid the confidential data (digital certificate) or eventually the online account from being stolen.
5. Beware of any exception: Do not trust any fraudulent message sent to you claiming to be from Hua Xia Bank. Do not trust any strange mail, SMS, or phone to inform you about expired Hua Xia Bank Internet Banking, system upgrade, security tool upgrade or password change. In the event of system upgrade or maintenance that services must be suspended, Hua Xia Bank will announce at the website in advance. Hua Xia Bank never asks customers to enter bank A/C No. or password in the excuse of system upgrade. Call immediately Hua Xia Hotline to confirm if you come across any fraudulent mail or short message. Change password or report the loss of account to Hua Xia Bank once your information is stolen.
6. Install anti-virus software: Firewall should be installed in your computer to stop hackers from obtaining your account information. Install AV scanner and update virus database timely.
7. Block vulnerabilities: Upgrade timely your software and download patches to stop others from stealing your confidential information by taking advantage of the vulnerabilities in your software.
8. Do not use hyperlink to access Hua Xia Bank website, or click the link in short message, email or real-time communication tools to login Hua Xia Bank website. Do not login any unknown website, watch the change in the domain name. Hua Xia Bank's website address: http://www.hxb.com.cn;

Personal Internet Banking
1. Hua Xia Bank never uses email or SMS to solicit sensitive information from customers on their e-banking accounts. Never follow any unknown link in e-mail or SMS to access Hua Xia Bank website. Watch the change in the domain name to make sure the website address is the only Hua Xia Bank's website address: http://www.hxb.com.cn 
2. Do not store the personal account information and transaction details in the computer. Someone may steal the information. Set a password for your computer to prevent others from stealing your important data. Change password or report the loss of account to Hua Xia Bank once your information is stolen.
2. There are two options for login Hua Xia new generation Personal Internet Banking: alias or identity document. Login password should be a string of numbers and alphabets in 8-32 digits. To protect your monies, do not disclose your login details to anyone. Do not use ID card No. or date of birth as the login password. Password should be changed regularly.

5. SMS verification code is used for authentication whey you make transfer/payment online via the signed edition of Personal Internet Banking. During the transfer, Hua Xia system sends a short message to your mobile phone. To protect your monies, do not disclose your SMS verification code to anyone. Do not enter the verification code at the website which is not the official website of Hua Xia Bank or other bogus website.
6. Do not trust any fraudulent message sent to you claiming to be from Hua Xia Bank. Do not trust any strange mail, SMS, or phone to inform you about expired Hua Xia Bank Internet Banking, system upgrade, security tool upgrade or password change. In the event of system upgrade or maintenance that services must be suspended, Hua Xia Bank will announce at the website in advance. Hua Xia Bank never asks customers to enter the bank A/C No., password or SMS verification code in the excuse of system upgrade. Call immediately Hua Xia Hotline 95577 to confirm if you come across any fraudulent mail or short message.
7. During the transfer, if no result immediately returned due to the communication failure, check the balance in your payment card and transaction details at once to avoid repeated payment and monetary loss.
8. Install firewall and AV scanner in your computer to stop hackers from obtaining your account information. Install AV scanner and update virus database timely. Upgrade regularly your software and download patches to stop others from stealing your confidential data by taking advantage of the vulnerabilities in your software.
